Looking for Dancers/Performers to Join the Team! - We are looking for dancers with LindyHop and Swing dance experience..(Shag, Balboa & Aerials experience helpful..or willing to learn).

Basic Info: We meet, rehearse and work on choreography, moves and routines once a week on the Eastside- currently on Monday evenings. Dancers must have own transportation. No dues or fees. Dancers provide their own costumes. Teen Canteen Dancers must have parents permission. Eastside Swing Cats Dancers must be over 18.

What's in it for you? Most of our Performances are Paid...with the exception of Charity Benefits and some Retirement Home Performances which we do as a Community Service .You will learn fun and challenging choreography.You will be part of a Team working together for fun, physical fitness and to challenge yourself to become the best dancer / and performer you can be. You will have the opportunity to perform at a variety of venues...and have a chance to express your own unique dance style. We encourage our performers to hit new levels with "live band performances"....like the original Swing and Lindy Dancers and "Themed Shows" similar to the old USO performances.

This April our Team is Auditioning for Disney. * check back soon for results and potential performance dates* As well as being on TV (Komo channel 4) They have alo blessed many people with their performances at Nursing Homes and Retirement Centers-One client told us recently "The residents talk about the performances with excitement for months, and can't wait to have them back again".
